When to plant Rocket Seeds

Rocket seeds can be sown outdoors from early spring to late autumn, depending on your climate. For a continuous harvest, sow seeds every 2-3 weeks. Rocket is a cool-season crop, so it thrives in mild temperatures and should be planted in early spring or late summer for best results.

How to plant Rocket Seeds

Sow rocket seeds 0.5 cm deep in rows or directly in containers. Space the seeds about 15 cm apart to allow for easy growth and airflow. Rocket prefers well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny or partially shaded spot. Keep the soil moist to ensure tender, flavourful leaves. Rocket can also be grown in pots or raised beds.
